Spring Elite Camp

THE CAMP:

• Catholic University’s Annual one-day intensive basketball camp for prospective collegiate athletes.
• The camp is for girls entering 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th grade in the fall of 2025.
• Participate in a full day of collegiate-level practice and training sessions. 
• Position specific drills where our coaches will evaluate your strengths and areas for improvement. 

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN: 

• A “day in the life” of a collegiate athlete. Experience first-hand what it takes to play at the next level!
• A chance to play with top high-school athletes from around the country who aspire to play in college.
• Learn the “X’s and O’s” of college basketball and develop a high basketball IQ.
• A sample workout packet designed for and used exclusively by the CUA Lady Cardinals.

SPECIFICS:

• Cost: $105
• Camp runs from 10A.M. – 3P.M.
• Individual instruction from Catholic University women's basketball coaches and players.
• You can bring your own lunch or purchase lunch through our Camp Store.

Summer Boys & Girls Camp

Dates:  Session 1: July 28th-31st
               Session 2: August 11th-14th

 Time:   9:00am - 4pm  

Location:  Catholic University’s Dufour Athletic Center
                     3606 John McCormack Dr.
                     Washington, D.C. 20310
 *Located 6 Blocks from Brookland-CUA Metro Stop

 Ages: 7-14

 Cost: $295.00 per week
 *Walk up registration accepted
 Deposit: NON REFUNDABLE $100.00 PER SESSION DUE JULY 1ST, 2025

Deadline to register: July 24

Extended Care:$75.00 per week from 8-9am and 4-5pm

 ***PLEASE NOTE: Any camper picked up after the 5pm Extended Care deadline will incur a $2.00 per minute daily late fee for the day in which the infraction occurred. Any camper not picked up by the Day Camp Deadline will incur an Extended Care charge.

Camp Objectives: Through a week of teaching basketball fundamentals and competition, we hope that each young player leaves camp as a better basketball player. A small counselor to camper ratio ensures that all campers receive individual attention during the week. We want all campers to walk away from camp having a positive experience with the game of basketball.

Camp Activities: Stretching * Shooting * Individual Instruction * Ball Handling * Games * Camp Contests * Rebounding * Defense * Agility * Having Fun!
